We start with questions, not drawings. Where does the evening sun fall? Do you eat outside? Do the children need a lawn to kick a ball about on? Do you want to garden, or just sit in it?
From there we draw a layout, then a 3D visual with your house in it. You can see the patio from the kitchen window, the view from the bench and the path at dusk with the lights on. We change it until you are happy, then we price it.
Because our own team builds what we design, nothing gets lost in a handover. The person who measured your levels knows why the step is where it is. Owen visits during the build, and you have one number to call if anything comes up.
A full rear garden usually takes three to six weeks on site. You get a plan for each week, a tidy site every evening, and at the end a final clean and a walk round together.

No. The design visit and the 3D visual are both free and come with your quote. There is nothing extra to pay for the design if you go ahead.

Yes, most of our customers do. We need access to the garden, somewhere for a skip or bulk bags and, ideally, an outside tap. We keep the route to your door clear and sweep up every evening.
